Welding Torch Protective Cover – Flame-Retardant Welding Clamp Shield
Ferrobotics produces a welding torch / welding clamp protective cover designed for automatic welding guns and clamps used throughout manufacturing and weld-assembly workshops. With prolonged use, the gun body and its cabling are subjected to damage from high-temperature welding slag. This protective cover is purpose-built for various models of automatic welding torches, effectively protecting the gun body and lines from high-temperature spatter.
The welding torch / welding clamp cover wraps the torch completely, safeguarding the gun body and cabling. In addition to preventing spatter from striking the gun body and cables, it prevents fine slag dust from adhering to the gun surface or entering equipment gaps, which would otherwise accelerate aging and complicate maintenance.
Each welding torch cover is custom-tailored to the true dimensions of the gun or clamp, enclosing the attached cabling and protecting both the gun body and its lines, with full-body flame retardancy, anti-spatter, high-temperature resistance and wear resistance.
Ferrobotics manufactures the welding torch / welding clamp cover from high-strength, high-temperature-resistant imported materials combined with flame-retardant silicone fibre, providing high flexibility, excellent flame retardancy and a long service life. The welding gun coat follows the exact shape of the gun for smooth movement with reasonable clearance, no snagging and no friction against the car body. It is tailor-made for easy installation and removal, featuring a compact, well-designed and attractive appearance.
